Tropical Inspections is a locally owned business serving the Brevard County area. It's led by Alan Bunch, a Florida State Licensed Inspector and Registered Professional Inspector with the Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI). Alan is also a Certified Residential Thermographer — bringing an extra layer of expertise to every property we inspect.
Alan Bunch has lived in Brevard County for about 48 years — and has spent nearly all of those years around construction. He founded Tropical Inspections in 2013 to put that experience to work for his neighbors, and he has since inspected more than 6,500 homes across the region.
Alan is a proud Shriner for Shriners Hospitals for Children. Outside of inspections, his life is dedicated to helping people and children. A single dad who raised his son on his own, he takes the same personal investment into every property he walks.
