Alan Bunch is the inspector behind Tropical Inspections. He has lived in Brevard County for about 48 years — and has spent roughly those same 48 years around construction. He has watched the county grow, and he genuinely enjoys helping people with whatever they need.

A proud Shriner for Shriners Hospitals for Children, Alan has dedicated his life to helping people and children. He is also a single dad who raised his son on his own since birth.
